Produciton capacities

Company’s wide range of technologies including cutting material on CNC plasma cutting, punching and bending machines, machining of all commonly used materials, welding, machining of weldments on CNC milling machines enables production of parts and components not only for area railway wagons industry. Our production range includes various types of welded steel constructions, chassis and walls for road trailers, components for rail freight wagons, components for new wagons and for extensive modernizations of railway wagons, units for automotive industry logistic systems and special products for shipping industry, heavy lifting appliances, parts of cranes, traversing cranes and amusing parks equipment. Company is certified for welding by flame, hand welding with electric arc by wrapped electrodes, welding in protection atmosphere (MIG, MAG, TIG), welding by electric arc by tube electrodes (ROZ) and welding under melting protection (NTP). Regarding base materials is our company certifi ed for welding construction steel with tensile strength 690 MPa, high tensile steel, aluminium and its alloys. We are certifi ed according DIN 18800, EN15085, EN 729-2 by SLV Hannover and hold certificates issued by TÜV Süddeutschland.

For engineering parts production are built production spaces equipped with cranes with capacity up to 16 tons. Team of professionals for technological production preparation is capable to execute various requirements of even most demanding customers. Production shops are equipped with Kempi and Fronius semi-automatic welding machines and Boki machine welding and robotic workstation from company ABB for welding welded components of up to 8,0 x 3,0 meters in size. Material parting is carried out on hydraulic cutting machines for up to 25 mm thickness and 4 000 mm of cut length, belt and circular saws up to the diameter of 440 mm, oxygen cutting machines up to thickness of 120 mm, CNC plasma cutting machines and most modern automated laser cutting plant. For forming there are hydraulic presses and CNC brake forming up to 4 000 mm and 8 *000 mm in length of bend. Spare parts production is ensured by the company in its own specialized welding shop, lathe and CNC milling workshop, metal working/forming and a carpenter workshop. Production is monitored by independent certified defectoscopy and independent checkout. For NDT are used ultrasonic (UT), magnetic (MT), penetration (PT) and visual (VT) testing methods.
